In this Learning Adventure, you will become a travel agent. Do you know what a travel agent is?

A travel agent is someone who helps you plan trips to different places. One of the best parts of a travel agent's job is visiting all the places they might encourage people to visit! In this Learning Adventure, you will become a travel agent - a travel agent from afar. Since you can't actually visit the places Pride II is sailing in person, you will get to visit them through the World Wide Web! By the time you finish this lesson, you will have created a travel brochure (or possibly a slide show - we'll talk about that later) for one of Pride II's Ports of Call.

Your focus will be a family trip. Your job will be to create a brochure for families that are looking for interesting vacation spots that offer cultural wonders!

Before you can begin, you need to decide which port you want people to visit. And you can't do that until you explore some of what each port has to offer. (You know, kind of like trying on new shoes before finally buying the pair you want.) We'll ask you to visit some of the sites Pride II will be visiting before settling on the one that you want to sell!
