After Ms. Bridgett shows her virtual shipmates how to stow their gear on a moving sailboat, students are introduced to the rotating "watch" system for sailing the ship, the challenges of sleeping aboard in a large sea, the way sail area is reduced, and the Gulf Stream.
  • December 10 - Tacking and a Rough Night at Sea
